Kassidy Lalor grew up in a working-class family, with his dad spending much of Kassidy’s childhood away in the mines. After leaving school and entering the real world, he came to understand why his father worked away — so he followed the same path.

At age 18, living out of a work cabin year-round, he absorbed stories from people who’d truly lived their lives. In quiet moments between shifts, he began writing songs drawn from those stories and his own internal reflections.

He shared those songs with friends, family, and fellow workers. Now, at 22, with a vault of unreleased songs, Kassidy is ready to leave a bookmark in his listeners’ lives with his music.
