Calvin Cheater is a multi-instrumentalist/producer from the Central Coast. Having previously played and produced music across the spectrum, Cheater’s latest work draws on influences from hip-hop, lo-fi electronica, folk and even post punk to explore his own struggles with dreams, desire and hopelessness.

Cheater employs haunting, reverb-soaked vocals, spoken word elements, bleak, ambient production and ambient beats to guide his audience through a melancholic journey that is as unapologetic as it is compelling.
